Order Processing & Shipping

As soon as your payment is confirmed, our team carefully prepares your package. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our facility. You then receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delivery Times & Areas

We ship across the United States, including the 48 contiguous states. Once your package is handed to the carrier, please allow an average of 3 to 7 business days to receive it at the address provided at checkout.

Carriers & Shipping Costs

Your order is delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping is free across the U.S., with no minimum order. If you're in a hurry, an expedited option is offered at checkout for an additional $4.90.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Email us at contact@try-apexwellness.com for return instructions. Your refund is issued within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at contact@try-apexwellness.com or (814) 826-3617, with photos if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense, as quickly as we can.
