Terms of Service

Sales made by Steezen LLC to its customers are subject to the terms below. Confirming an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these terms is to organize the remote sale of the items presented on the site. They set the conditions under which Steezen LLC offers its products and delivers them to its customers.

Article 2. Prices

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Any additional charges, separate from the product price — such as shipping and applicable sales tax — are shown to the customer before payment. Steezen LLC may revise its prices, with the order billed at the rate in effect when it is placed.

Article 3. Order Process

The customer builds a cart, checks its contents, enters their details, and confirms. An email acknowledgment marks the completion of the sale. Steezen LLC may decline any clearly irregular or fraudulent order.

Article 4. Payment

The price is payable in full at the time of the order. The customer pays by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, or through a supported digital wallet. The payment system keeps the transmitted information confidential.

Article 5. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout the United States, including the 48 contiguous states. Items are handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days of the order; delivery then takes about 3 to 7 business days. These times are estimates.

Article 6. 30-Day Returns

Steezen LLC voluntarily offers a 30-day return window. The customer may return products within 30 days of delivery in resalable condition. Amounts paid are refunded within a reasonable period after the items are received back.

Article 7. Product Warranty

Products sold are covered against defects and non-conformity. On that basis the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product.

Article 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of that state.
